Opening Settings
Access Settings from:
- File → Settings in the menu bar
- Keyboard shortcut Ctrl+,
General
| Setting | Description |

| Startup behavior | What opens when you launch the app |
| Default view | Grid or list view preference |
| Items per page | Number of albums to display |
Appearance
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Theme | Light, Dark, or System |
| Accent color | Highlight color throughout UI |
| Album size | Grid thumbnail size |
Discogs Connection
View and manage your Discogs account connection:
- Connected as — Your Discogs username
- Disconnect — Remove connection
- Reconnect — Re-authorize if needed
Cache & Storage
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Image cache | Stored cover art size |
| Clear cache | Remove cached images |
| Database location | Where local data is stored |
Clearing cache doesn't delete your collection—images re-download as needed.
Privacy
| Setting | Description |

| Send telemetry | Help improve DeepGrooves with anonymous usage data |
| Crash reports | Automatically send crash information |

View application information:
- Version number
- Build date
- License status
- Links to documentation and support
Reset to Defaults
Click Reset to Defaults to restore all settings to original values. This doesn't affect your collection data.
