DeepGrooves is a consumer music catalog, collection-management, and discovery platform focused on physical music collectors. Our authenticated ERN 4.3.2 intake and validation receiver is available for limited pilot integrations with labels, distributors, aggregators, metadata providers, and music-industry technology partners.

- Large binary media packages
Our pilot receiver accepts metadata, with approved front-cover artwork where partner rights permit. We are not requesting audio or video delivery.
How DeepGrooves uses partner metadata
- Maintain catalog freshness and reconcile release identity
- Match new releases against artists represented in a collector's library
- Surface new and upcoming releases
- Identify reissues and new physical editions
- Support future collector-facing discovery features
The pilot receiver provides authenticated intake, immutable payload retention, duplicate detection, recipient DPID checks, and ERN 4.3.2 schema validation. Catalog ingestion and production partner feeds remain separate later-stage capabilities.
Initial partnership scope
We are open to limited pilots, metadata-only feeds, upcoming releases, recently released titles, and small catalog subsets. A partner does not need to provide its entire historical catalog to begin a useful pilot.
